We often get asked what should my child wear at Everyone Out?

We recommend that for a winter day at Everyone Out tamariki should be dressed in:

• Woollen Hat and gloves/mittens

• Warm socks, probably two pairs if your child is wearing gum boots

• Waterproof footwear

• At least two layers on the bottom

• Trackpants and legging or thermals plus waterproof over trousers

• MANY layers on top.

• A singlet/T-shirt

• Long sleeved thermal

• Thick woollen / polar fleece jersey / puffa jacket

• Waterproof jacket

We DO NOT recommend: thin cotton socks, jeans, 'fashion' shoes or scarves.

Tamariki won’t get the most out of our programme if they aren’t comfortable.
